Fatma Küçüktuncay, who has been registered with the Istanbul Bar Association since 2017, specializes in commercial law and intellectual property law. She operates in the field of intellectual property, including trademarks, copyrights, domain names, design, unfair competition, and anti-counterfeiting.

Fatma Küçüktuncay provides support particularly to well-known foreign companies operating in the fashion, cosmetics, and food industries. She plays an active role in various processes such as filing oppositions before the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office to protect clients’ trademark portfolios, preparing evidence of use, conducting negotiations within the scope of license agreements, coexistence agreements and trademark transfer transactions, sending cease and desist letters, conducting negotiations related to undertaking processes. She is actively involved in litigation processes such as trademark invalidation, trademark infringement, and unfair competition.
